Every Friday night at the RGYC, our trustee and great volunteer, Harry Farnell continues on in the tradition of Ruth’s idea to introduce a meat raffle for those in attendance. Raffles start at 7 pm, along with the members badge draw and other weekly prizes, where there are 3 meat trays, that are supplied from a local Geelong butcher. All proceeds from the raffle are proceeds that go into the Foundation to use and assist in the sailing activities for members.

Tom and Denise are club members that have a great love of sailing and photograpy.

Both have sailed extensively around the world and their volunteer work at the club is outstanding.

You would often see Tom and/or Denise, with camera in hand on the race officers boat, or out on one of the many club vessels taking photos of all the club members and crew during racing events and regatta’s.
